Linen Options

We had narrowed down to a couple gold tablecloths and overlays, but at the last minute I requested a couple white ones to be brought to the trial as well.  We ended up LOVING the white beaded overlay with our floral centerpiece, but unfortunately, it's an upgrade(I'm starting to hate this word.)  The gold matte satin did not impress me as much in person, but in the pictures, it's not bad at all.  I might request that we take a look again at the white ones in stock to see if there's a specialty linen we love that's included in our package.

Linen Update

We got screwed out of the beaded white linens above (I'm not bitter!), and thus had to look elsewhere.  We decided to go with these White Bollywood Linens from The Linen Factory.  They are full length, gorgeously detailed, will pick up the different colors of our LED lights, and have an Indian paisley theme to them, which is nice.  Plus they don't break the bank!
We are still using the white beaded ones above, as well as a pretty vintage looking silver and white lace overlay(shown below in gold), for other tables such as the sweetheart table, cake table, sign-in book table, escort card table, and gift table.

Chairs, Chargers, Napkins, Draping

We were a definite for chivaris, since they were included in our package, and were between the gold and silver.  Once we had decided on the Bollywood linens, we settled on silver.  Until we visited this setup!

We fell in love with the acrylic ones, and decided to go with them.  They were an upgrade but once we factored in the credits we were receiving from Westin, and what we saved on linens, we were in an ok position to do this.

We were between the glass beaded chargers, and the silver lacquer ones, but ultimately with the chivaris we chose we decided on the glass beaded.  We're doing the standard white napkins, and Jennifer is going to have them folded in a unique way I haven't seen before.

We love the Rotunda Ballroom draped, and think it's a must-have.  Ours will split open though to allow for smaller tables since we have so many guests.

Post-Wedding Pics

Loved the linens!   We got tons of compliments on the main ones...they looked amazing in that ballroom!  The cake/sweetheart and guest sign-in book table linens were pretty and romantic.  The chairs, chargers, napkin treatments all looked so elegant, and I loved how the draping changed colors throughout the night.  Because our ballroom was almost filled to capacity, the clear chairs were a great choice!
